I have achieved experience around organic as well as acquired establishments in new markets, in Europe, Asia and America. During my career I have participated actively in two IPO’s – ITAB in 1988 and Nefab in 1996. Over the last 15 years, I have been either responsible or deeply involved in some 20 acquisitions, of which most of them outside Sweden.
